Sony Realshot Manager 是SONY公司开发的一款视频监控软件，也就是网络摄像机管理软件。市场零售价：$1,320 美金。 伴随着网络监控系统的飞速发展，SONY公司开发了一套视频监控软件Realshot Manager，该软件功能强大，界面友好，稳定性优于国内任何一款监控软件。
为了方便用户的使用，Realshot Manager软件既可以提供客户端/服务器模式，也可以提供浏览器/服务器的模式。远程用户可以通过互联网，使用标准的IE浏览器，就可以查看任意地点的摄像机图像。
目前，该软件已经升级为v4.3.1.12版本，可以支持的设备包括SONY网络摄像机、网络视频服务器、I/O报警盒等一系列的输入。
a) 多种多样的配置方式
RSM软件支持Linux和Windows两种操作系统，用户可以根据现有系统的需要来选择相应的操作系统来安装。
RSM软件提供浏览端软件包，可以通过权限限制，让用户只具备观察图像的权利，增强了网络安全。
RSM软件具备客户端/服务器模式和浏览器/服务器模式，用户可以根据应用的需要，选择安装不同架构的软件。
客户端/服务器版本的软件界面如下：

e) 丰富强大的监控功能
• 输出 AVI 文件
– 根据参量,如开始录像时间/结束录像时间/刷新率等, 将独立记录的图像文件输出为AVI.
• 输出用户自有文件
– 当记录文件输出为AVI, 则图像可以轻易的修改. 作为一个安全的证据, 记录文件以自有格式输出到 DVD 媒体是很好的选择. 一个用户自定义文件应该同时记录在 DVD.
• 报警提示 (e-mail)
– 报警触发时, RSM 会用e-mail 和/或 SMS的方式通知用户.
• 报警传感器 (TCP/IP via API)
– 支持报警接入,如 PIO, TCP/IP 和连续信号, 包括来源的 Meta数据.
• 动态遮蔽 (Phase-1)
– 动态掩盖图像中的禁止观看部分. 我们在使用RZ30P时, 被要求实现这一个功能.
• 图像 PTZ 控制
– 可以用鼠标在监视图像上控制PTZ功能.
• 鼠标拖动选择变倍区域
• 用鼠标点击该区域
– 由于这个功能的开发很重要, 所以在 beta 样版中没有使用.
• 存档 / 备份
– 自动提供某种数据磁带(AIT-)存储方案, 可直接整合于 RSM 或使用外部标准备份软件套装.
• 回放资源共享
– 多个 RSM 用户 (A,B,C,D...n)可以共享记录数据.
• 例1: 用户 “n” 可以回放用户”A”记录的数据.
• 例2: 多个用户可以共同使用一个大容量的硬盘进行记录.
• 磁盘满记录功能
– 磁盘记录满, 自动通知相连的用户或相关人员.
– 磁盘满记录后,记录会停止,同时或之前根据不同的参量进行磁盘清理…此外,当磁盘空间剩余到一个低水平时 (20%) 可预报警.
• 音频支持
– 支持音频监听和记录.
– 需要使用由欧洲第三方提供的音频盒 (BARIX).
• 键盘操纵杆控制
– 支持外部键盘操纵杆控制云台转动.
– 兼容的键盘操纵杆详细资料随后公布.
