<p><strong>育儿期健康</strong><br /><br /> （1）怎样鉴别新生儿啼哭的原因？<br /> 首先，新生儿啼哭是正常的生理活动，啼哭不仅能够促进全身活动，肺部发育，扩大肺活量，而且也有利于将来说、唱的肌肉组织的发育。所以新生儿啼哭首先是生理的需要。生理性哭声清脆委婉，全身蹬踢有力，面色正常。<br /> 同时，新生儿啼哭也是对外界反应和表达自身要求的方式。哭一会，停一会，可能是渴或饿的表示；有时尿布湿了或大便了也会哭，这常在醒来之后；有时发出尖叫声，有规律性，多发生在下午或晚上，这一般是因为腹部胀气而引起的。在没有疼痛或腹胀的情况下，每天在固定时间里大哭几小时，这种哭多发生在1—4周的新生儿，称为“周期性烦躁哭泣”，原因是新生儿神经系统发育不成熟，造成周期性紧张所致，疲劳也是个原因。因此，出生后就需要培养良好的生活习惯，给孩子充分的母爱，“周期性烦躁哭泣”是会好的。<br
